Bandolining is a whole-body low impact indoor fitness system. Bandolining uses combinations of fitness equipment such as resistance bands, indoor trampoline, hand grippers, fitness mat, and pull-up bar to create multiple exercise routines that can be tailored for everyone.

Indoor Trampoline

The Bandolining Indoor Trampoline is light weight and portable with durable elastic bands for optimum spring. The huge advantage of elastic bands is the reduction of noise versus metal springs which easily break. One can easily listen to music or watch videos while Bandolining! Exercising while learning and being entertained at the same time - now that's a great combination!

Resistance Bands

 What does the brand name “Bandolining” originate? The Bandolining name comes from an exercise technique that uses a resistance band and trampoline at the same time – giving both the lower and upper body a total workout! Two levels of Resistance Band strength are given based on your level of fitness with two additional backups. You can also use the Resistance Bands in a variety of ways independent of the trampoline. 

Hand Grippers

The Bandolining Hand Grippers can be used independently or while on the trampoline. Like with the use of the Resistance Bands while on the trampoline, the aim is to exercise both the lower body and upper body at the same time. The Bandolining Hand Grippers especially work the hands and arms and are a great way to improve strength for day to day lifting, carrying or grabbing activities.

Fitness Mat

The Bandolining Fitness Mat can be used for yoga, sit-ups, leg extensions, and in combination with the Resistance Bands. It can be rolled up and stored easily and has an elastic carry band.  The carry band can easily be fastened by aligning the straps with the impressions on the mat for that purpose. 

Pull-Up Bar

The Bandolining Pull-Up Bar is mobile and so can be used for a variety of exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups, dips and in combination with the Resistance Bands.

Door Anchor & Metal Clip

 The Bandolining Door Anchor and Metal Clip give you multiple ways to use the Resistance Bands for Bandolining. Another option for Bandolining is to loop the Resistance Bands around the trampoline outer frame in between the elastic ropes. When using this technique, it is critical that you do not pull so hard to lift the legs of the trampoline. Always exercise with caution.

  • As with any fitness routine please consult your doctor regarding your ability to participate in the Bandolining Fitness System.
  • The Bandolining Trampoline should not be used by persons greater than 150kg.
  • Be sure that other people are clear from equipment in use to avoid accidental injury.
  • Children under the age of 12 should be carefully instructed and supervised regarding use of all products.
  • All products are used at your own risk. Bandolining is not liable for any injuries that may occur during use of any of the products.

About the Founders of Bandolining

Kurt & Annie Green

The story of Bandolining is the story of a lifelong desire and commitment of the founders, Kurt and Annie Green, to live a healthy lifestyle, eat nutritious food and be physically fit.


Kurt grew up enjoying sports and during university he played American football and baseball for the North Carolina Tar Heels. He has lived and worked around the world and has adapted his workouts to local and family circumstances. While not at all opposed to gyms, he found it more convenient to exercise at home where one can totally control the music, video and privacy. For years he supplemented his indoor routine with biking or jogging, but due to knee and feet conditions began to use trampoline for low impact. Bandolining is essentially branding and selling what he has been doing for years!


Annie's lifelong passion has been musical theater. She has performed in numerous shows such as West Side Story, 42nd Street, Me and My Girl, Oklahoma, and Annie, with her biggest professional role as "Rumpleteazer" in the Hamburg, Germany production of Cats. As the mother of five children she has needed a pragmatic solution to exercising that is home-based and she has developed her own Bandolining routine.


Kurt and Annie continue with a busy home life and career and Bandolining gives them that daily opportunity to stay toned and fit and provide a wellspring of vitality and positive attitude.
